WLED not connecting? Start here
Check the connection before changing your lighting setup.
Check power and Wi-Fi
Make sure the controller is powered on and connected to the expected Wi-Fi network. Guest networks and client isolation can prevent local devices from reaching one another.
Verify the address
Check the current controller IP address in your router. An address can change after a restart unless the network reserves it. Test whether the normal WLED interface opens at that address.
Check browser access
For local browser control, review local-network permissions and browser compatibility. A reachable controller is required even when the Bright Home Cloud website loads normally.
Use system diagnostics
Run the available system diagnostics in Bright Home Cloud. Review the issue it identifies and use a supported fix when offered. Some problems require physical wiring, power, or network changes and cannot be fixed in one tap.
