Local control stays on your network
A local WLED IP address normally works only from the network where the controller is connected. It is not a public address you can use from anywhere.
Use a cloud-connected device
Bright Home Cloud offers remote control for supported cloud-connected devices. Confirm your controller’s cloud connection and account access before relying on control away from home. A standard local WLED connection alone is not enough.
Give people their own access
Device sharing lets family members or installers help manage supported devices without using your account credentials.
Choose the access you need
The current website offers monthly and annual cloud plans. Review your account’s included access before subscribing, especially if you purchased BHL hardware.
